If you are in Programs, Chaplain Office or Case Management please follow these few easy steps in referring a soon to be release inmate to our agency. 

 1. You must be on some type of supervision. (Probation, Post Release or Parole) - (This rule is waivable)

2. Must Not Have Any Terminal Illnesses. (HIV, AIDS, Cancer Etc.)  

3. Must Not Be A Registered Sex Offender.
